All products are tested for quality and all shipments are inspected before shipping. Upon receiving your order, please check products carefully to ensure their safe arrival. All damaged products claims must be made within 48 hours of its arrival. Please provide detailed information for any product damage created during shipping within that time by providing order number and contacting Customer Service.

Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer free ground shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $99.99. Orders placed within the U.S. under $99.99 will be charged a flat rate of $6.99 for shipping.
