A little bit about Doshas... It is believed that the body is made up of the basic elements of the universe - ether, air, fire, water, and earth. These elements are expressed as threes characteristic humors AKA doshas. The three Doshas are Vata dosha (space and air); Pitta dosha (fire and water); and Kapha dosha (water and earth).
